4. The closing date for competition submissions is 14th February 2011.

5. There is no upper limit to the number of images submitted.

7. The “category” your image falls into will be decided solely by the photographers and not the judges.

8. There is no age restriction on entry, but competitors under the age of 18 may require parental consent to attend any awards ceremony or presentations.

9. Whilst individuals retain the full copyright of submitted images it is agreed that the2010project shall be granted full international usage both on and off-line. The photographer will be acknowledged with any images used by us, and for the purpose of this competition, and will allow the2010project unrestricted use of their images in whatever way we see fit to raise money for the charity. Images will not be used to benefit anyone other than the charity.

These do not have to be submitted with the images but must be available on request. This includes pictures taken of or at National Trust sites and Network Rail property.

20. There can be no watermarks or web advertising on the submissions themselves (all of the winning images will be published with details of the artists and their website).

21. If we use an online voting system for the final shortlist, any multiple votes for one photographer coming from the same IP address will be automatically disqualified.
